Services

Consultation

To provide you with the best lighting options for your business, we will conduct an initial consultation. We will consider the sector your business operates in, the building you operate out of, and the measurements of the rooms that need to be lit. The local area and the volume and type of foot traffic passing by your business can also influence the lighting options we present.  By combining our assessment with your light colour and style preference, we can make appropriate lighting recommendations for your budget and setup.

Design

Following on from our consultation, we can design a lighting setup that fulfils all of your essential requirements. We send clients 2D and 3D renders of our proposed designs that show the lighting layout and light levels.  Because we are an independent lighting company offering bespoke designs, we aren’t restricted to any one supplier or catalogue. We will often take an existing product and alter it to better suit the client’s project. As well as bespoke fixtures, we can also provide bespoke colours for specialised uses.

Supply

Our supply chain allows us to cater to just in time clients, delivering, assembling, and installing lighting on the same day in some cases. Schematics are included with the delivery so contractors can install the system quickly and without fuss.  For larger jobs, we use a phased delivery with the fittings sorted and numbered so they can be checked against schematics to quickly and easily confirm that the delivery is complete.

Install

We work with approved contractors throughout the UK to offer our clients the most competitive pricing possible. Our install teams are already familiar with the products we provide. If they haven’t installed the products in your system before, we will give them a detailed brief, so they know what they are dealing with ahead of time.  We vet every company we work with to ensure they provide high standards of workmanship and exhibit the right attitude on site. Both of these are equally important.

Our installers also know how to handle any changes made on a live site professionally. Non-CDSI installers will often make changes on-site without informing anyone. They will stick rigidly to the plans they are given, rather than using their initiative. As a result, fittings can end up in the wrong position and compromise the quality of the final results. If our own guys are on-site, they can inform us of any changes that need to be made and ensure everything is installed and works correctly.
